One of my dearest friends and colleagues at Bell's Crossing, Angie Neal, recently published her very first children's book, The Pirate Who Couldn't Say ARRRRR!!! She shared the process of publishing her book with my class last year, and this year was able to read her story for the first time with my new friends. We were super excited to have her visit and we LOVE our very own, autographed class copy. It is GREAT and reminds us to always say "r" the correct way, like the pirate in the story. Congratulations Mrs. Neal on your HUGE accomplishment. We love you and are honored to have you teach at our school!
